Terms and Conditions
Prices listed do not include HST.
Payment is due upon delivery of goods.
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card and certified cheque are
accepted. Prices may be cash discounted. All returns are
subject to approval; only products in unopened and undamaged
packaging and accompanied by a receipt will be considered
for exchange or credit, or a refund minus a 15% restocking
fee. There are no refunds offered on software or
special order products, even if they are unopened.
Interest in the amount of 2% per month
will be payable on all overdue accounts.
Warranty
A one year replacement warranty is
provided on most products, with exceptions. Please
check the packaging of any retail boxed product you
purchase, as your warranty will be through the manufacturer
after the first 30 days. If you suspect you have a
defective product from TBC Computers Ltd., you are required
to return it to us within the warranty period at your own
expense for assessment. If our technicians deem the
product defective, you will be offered a replacement
consisting of the same or equal item. If the product
is not defective, no recompense will be offered, and service
charges will apply. TBC Computers Ltd is not liable
for any data loss resulting from failed data storage
devices.
Please note that all D-Link
products are warrantied through the manufacturer only; no
refunds or exchanges will be accepted on these products.
